At Denver Fitness Concierge we undertand that there is no such thing as a one size fits all Exercise program. So we have created different Phases for each program to meet you where you are currently at in your Fitness journey and provide the structure to get the results you desire.

Where to begin an At-Home Program?

  • Green

    Green Phase: Do not be mistake the green phase to be easy. At DFC the green phase is all about building the foundation. In this phase we focus on our fundamental strength allowing us to change physiologically and investing in the long term investment of strength training. The green phase is for beginner individuals and recommended for anyone who has not participated in a strength program in the last three months. Expect the most results to take place in the Green Phase.

  • Blue

    Blue Phase: Once a strong foundation of strength has been established and you are confident in your strength, you can begin to functionally train your strength. In this phase we continue to focus on building strength and begin to introduce dynamic and functional exercises. Weather you are training for an approaching sport season or are ready to take your training to the next level functionally, the blue phase is for you.

  • Black

    Black Phase: Experts only! This phase is made for individuals that have accomplished their desired results or individuals who are currently in their sport season. This phase is all about expanding our dynamic and functional exercises, maintaining strength, and testing our physical ability. The black phase is for individuals that have completed at least one green phase and one blue phase training program.
